Currently, you can meet Princess Aurora in the France Pavilion at Epcot. It is an outside meet and greet, she is covered, but the queue is not covered and it is not air conditioned.
You can also meet her at Cinderella's Royal Table in Magic Kingdom or at Akershus in Epcot's Norway pavilion.
