When you are planning a night at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you need to decide what your priority will be. You can focus on rides, meeting the special characters or all the special events.
Personally, I like to do a little of each. A few rides, a couple of characters, the parade and the fireworks is usually my Halloween Party plan!
