Disney Tip of the Week: Bring Ponchos

Let's be honest...it rains in Florida...and it rains often. 

Most of the time, its little bursts of showers that you can wait out if you want. Sometimes, it lasts an hour or two and sometimes...it rains all day long.

If you don't want you trip interrupted by rain, bring ponchos. Dollar Tree sells single use ponchos, which are great for the quick showers or even the one to two hour storms. But if you see a full day of rain in your forecast, you might want to consider bringing a better poncho.

When you are packing, make sure to think about the things you will need in the first few hours of your trip. Packing them in a carry-on will make your arrival go much smoother. Luggage can take up to three hours to arrive after you land.

You can meet Belle in 2 places in her yellow dress on a regular basis. The first place is in Magic Kingdom at Enchanted Tales with Belle. To get a photo, you need to participate in the show.  The second place is at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Epcot's Norway pavilion. This is a princess character dining experience and I suggest the breakfast option.

Disney Tip of the Week: Think About Your Feet

Think about your feet. This is maybe the most important piece of advice I can ever share. Think about your feet.

You will be walking 8-15 miles A DAY. Standing in long lines. You need good shoes and socks. Pack things to take care of your feet, like band-aids, moleskin, tape, and foot powder. Break in your shoes before your trip and take 2 pairs so you can switch between the shoes during the day.
